Alto saxophonist Danny Janklow's performances are often described as "emotionally charged" and "vibrant celebrations." Winner of the North American saxophone Alliance competition, he has shared the stage with Wynton and Branford Marsalis, Anthony Wilson, Benny Golson and more.
Together with Tamir- they will play a set dedicated to drum innovator Max Roach and full of the music of trumpeter Clifford Brown- as well as Danny's bright originals.
